 TWO COUNTRIES, TWO DIFFERENT PREPARATIONS

Many people know that the biggest cause of material and moral losses in many countries in the world is accidents and natural disasters. .Preparation for accidents and disasters is carried out in different forms of technology and environments in each country. In this sense, Turkey is doing very different studies and preparing. . California, on the other hand, is preparing for accidents and disasters by doing different studies than Turkey. Although different studies are carried out in both regions, many similar studies are carried out in addition to these preparatory studies.

First of all, if we talk about the differences between California and Turkey. The first difference is that California has established command centers for schools.. Everyone in schools knows what to do in an emergency, including . because everyone and the units of the school command center are trained to be able to help people quickly in case of emergency. These units use many systems in the time of disasters and accidents. For example, various geological software uses tremor detection systems, geographic information systems. With these practices, California is following a different disaster and accident preparedness path from Turkey.

Secondly, the most important of the differences between Turkey and California Turkey's agreements and joint studies with different countries to raise awareness of disaster and accident preparedness in Turkey. The first and important treaty country of Turkey is Japan, which is well protected from earthquakes. In this study, Turkey has established 10 different disaster accident simulators and training areas in 90 schools across the country, provided a detailed education not only to the students but also to their parents. The country with which Turkey has made the second and most effective agreement is the United States. The purpose of the agreement between the United States and Turkey, These trainings were successful.  To summarize, Turkey's difference from californy in disaster and preparedness is that it is in agreement with different countries.

In addition to the above differences, there is a great similarity in the accident and disaster preparedness of Turkey and California. This similarity is that california and turkey attach importance to educating people to raise awareness. Both first educate people and then encourage those people to take advantage of technology. This similarity is the most beautiful and productive similarity for the world.

Finally, the preparation for accidents and disasters carried out by countries or states collectively is undoubtedly more effective than individual preparation. It doesn't matter if people prepare countries differently or similarly. Everyone's only wish is our world and we can overcome accidents and disasters with the least material and spiritual damage.
